It’s funny what can happen when you explore things a little deeper. I was actually trying to get this bridge from the side, showing the columns in the golden hour of the sun.
Because of trees and thick undergrowth, I couldn’t get the angle that I envisioned in my head. I wandered beneath the bridge to hopefully find something interesting —this is what I found.
Take away: when you think all is lost, dig a little deeper. You never know what lies beneath.
Here’s a lower perspective in black and white showing more of the water. I like the uniqueness of the colors in the first picture, but I love the contrast of the monochrome. Which one do you like best?
